About Our Program
Our Children & Youth Ministry
Our Children and Youth Ministry is rooted in creating a safe, sacred, and joyful space where young people can learn, grow, explore, and play as they deepen their spiritual lives within a loving community.

What to Expect on Sunday Mornings
On Sunday mornings, children and youth begin worship alongside the full congregation at our 10:30am service. Early in the service, our Director of Children and Youth Ministries leads “The Child Within Us All,” a story or reflection designed especially for young people and connected to the theme of the day. Following this time, children and youth are joyfully sung out of the service and invited to continue their journey together downstairs in the Children and Youth Center.
There, children and youth participate in a multi-age program led by our Director and supported by adult volunteers. Activities are hands-on, experiential, and grounded in Unitarian Universalist values—encouraging curiosity, compassion, creativity, and connection. Programming typically lasts 20–30 minutes.
