This Year’s Theme: Cultivating Belonging
This year, we will explore what it means to cultivate belonging. Belonging does not simply happen. Like a garden, it grows when we tend to it with care, make room for one another, and create the conditions where everyone can put down roots and flourish.
Together, we will wonder: What helps us feel that we belong? How do we help others know they belong? And what can we cultivate together when everyone has a place to grow?
Throughout the year, we will explore belonging through stories, music, art, play, reflection, and connection, discovering the many ways we can nurture a community where every person is welcomed, valued, and invited to grow.
