This Year’s Theme: Trust in the Unfolding Journey

This year, our Children and Youth Ministry is guided by the theme “Trust in the Unfolding Journey.” Together, we explore the idea that growth—spiritual, emotional, and communal—happens step by step, even when we don’t yet know the final shape of where we are headed.

Through stories, movement, art, play, and shared reflection, children and youth are invited to wonder, experiment, and discover meaning in the process rather than the outcome. We practice patience, curiosity, courage, and trust—learning that each experience, question, and connection matters, even when the bigger picture is still unfolding.

This theme encourages young people to:

• Trust themselves and their evolving identities
• Embrace curiosity and uncertainty as part of learning
• Honor each step of their personal and spiritual journeys
• Build resilience and compassion within a supportive community

By nurturing trust in the unfolding journey, we help children and youth develop a sense of belonging, confidence, and openness that they can carry with them far beyond Sunday mornings.
