Stewardship Campaign Information 2026-2027

We need each other…the Unitarian Church of Barnstable surrounds us with warmth, compassion and inclusiveness. When we walk through our door, we feel grounded in our shared values. Here we have opportunities for thoughtful dialog, advancing social justice issues, fun and to experience joy. This and so much more has happened under the thoughtful direction and leadership of our Minister, Dr. Kristen Harper. We are indebted to all of our staff and inclusive programs.
Annual Stewardship Campaign
March 8th, Stewardship Sunday, begins our annual Stewardship Campaign. We plan to conclude by May 1st, so that our operating budget for fiscal year 2027 can be finalized and voted upon at our Annual Meeting in June. This is your opportunity and responsibility to pledge your financial contribution that will fairly compensate our staff and maintain our historic building.
We ask that everyone respond, whether you can pledge a donation or not. Of course, we hope that each of you will pledge to preserve the future of your sanctuary home at UCB. To make your pledging easier, all you have to do is send our Treasurer, Dan Ewing, an email with your pledge amount. If you would prefer a paper Pledge Card, please email Dan and one will be sent to you. We ask for your commitment now. You can wait to begin fulfilling your commitment until July 1.
